Annual AGM, Memorial Service & Dinner
Friends and colleagues, Ladies and Gentlemen, the dates and venue for the 2025 events were set after the 2024 AGM and are:

Memorial Service: Sunday 11th May @ 12.00 [NMA]
Gala Dinner: To be Confirmed [most likely in the Lichfield area]

Gala Dinner
In past years there has also been a Gala Dinner held at the Derby Mickleover Hotel
on the evening of the AGM. However, due to circumstances beyond the control of the
committee this venue is no longer available for us.
We suggest that members wishing to pursue this evening event of comradeship and
fellowship inform the secretary/deputy of their desire.
Members would/should also:
1. Inform the secretary of choice between:
Traditional; Thai, Indian or Mediterranean cuisine [the final selection being
dependant on the choice of the majority]
2. Arrange their own accommodation [we suggest in the Lichfield area].
The committee entertainment member would then co-ordinate the event for the
evening. The cutoff date for registering intent is 28th March 2025
Members wishing this event to go ahead should note the importance of a quick
response thus allowing time to arrange and distribute details.
